Refund Policy for Bela By Elia

At Bela By Elia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below for details on how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that certain items, such as customized or made-to-order products, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Please note that payment processors may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the product(s) returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
