We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Proof (images/video) must be provided when requesting an exchange.

After approval, customers will be guided regarding the return process.

We do not offer returns for refund due to:

• Change of mind

• Color difference due to screen resolution

• Size issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The ordered item is out of stock after payment.

• The product is proven defective and a replacement is unavailable.
